Shipping:
Shipping charges depend on the customer's location and choices of shipping. Estimates of shipping charges will be quoted once the customer has given us their address and their shipping preference.
The tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the item has been shipped.
We will not use any customer's courier service account.
Local pick up is available but arrangement has to be made first.
Policy:
We will only ship with the above mentioned couriers service! You can always track your item with the above companies.
In case of DOA or phone defects (doesn't include firmware problem), please contact us within seven days for exchange.
For reasons apart from DOA or defects (doesn't include firmware problem), there will be no refund. Exchange is available but there would a 25% restocking fee.
For DOA or exchange (same model only), please email before sending your phone back.
For unlocking equipment, there will be no exchange nor refund except DOA.
If phone or unlocking equipment was reported DOA upon arrival and that it was returned to us and no evidence of defects are found, it is solely the customer's responsibility for the fee of return freight
